You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 60 days without giving any reason for doing so, although we may ask for your reason and feedback.
In the case of suspected refund abuse or fraud, we may initiate an investigation, the outcome of which will be at our sole discretion. We may refuse the refund and will turn Your Order information over to the proper authorities, merchant processors, or channel partners to aid in their investigation.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 60 days from the date on which You purchased the Goods.

For physical goods and products, You will receive instructions via email.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your order cancellation notice. For physical goods, We will process your refund within 14 days from Our receipt of the product. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Upon refund, you will immediately lose access to the product in the members’ area, as the product will be returned. To restore access, you will need to purchase the product again.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any Goods that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. For digital products, no return of product is expected. We further reserve the right to refuse any refund request if We deem You to be a source of frequent, habitual, excessive, or otherwise abusive or fraudulent requests at our sole discretion.
